On 25 August 2016 I called speedy check cashing to make the business had received my payment ok. Which they did.

I decided to reapply for another loan. And was denied. All my info was the same as when first loan was approved. From that point on the personnel that was helping me just became very rude.

I was put on hold 3 times. I wasn't given the opportunity to ask any questions. Finally a lady came on the phone and gave me a number to call that would let me know why my loan was denied. I called.

Was told that all my info was just fine. But loan was denied because customers have to wait 13 days between loans. And that I could call speedy checking on 27 August 2016. And there shouldn't be a problem getting another loan.

Then I called speedy checking back to let their personnel know why my loan was denied. The operator that answered didn't give me anytime to say anything. I was put on hold once again. Only this time no one answered for almost 15 minutes.

That's what really upset me. I felt like they just didn't want to talk to me.

I hung up my phone and sent that short letter to speedy check cashing yesterday. But if speedy check cashing is willing to keep me as a customer I'm willing to give speedy check cashing my business.
